Terms of Use
Version 2.3.2 · Effective date: to be confirmed before production launch
1. Service
EuroTaxAgent provides general comparative information about business registration, taxation, legal forms and related administrative matters. It is an information and decision-support service only.
2. No professional advice
The service does not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, immigration or regulated professional advice. Results are not a substitute for advice based on the user's complete circumstances.
3. Accuracy and status
Rules, rates and administrative practice can change. Records may be marked verified, stale, incomplete or requiring live confirmation. Users must verify material decisions with competent authorities or qualified advisers.
4. User responsibility
Users are responsible for the accuracy of inputs, their interpretation of outputs and all decisions made using the service. The service must not be used to conceal income, evade tax, misrepresent facts or facilitate unlawful conduct.
5. Availability
The operator may maintain, suspend or modify the service. Continuous availability and error-free operation are not guaranteed.
6. Intellectual property
The application, original presentation, software and databases are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Official source material remains subject to its own terms and rights.
7. Automated access
Scraping, reverse engineering, credential attacks, circumvention of controls and excessive automated requests are prohibited except with prior written permission or where non-excludable law permits.
8. Liability
Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, the operator limits liability only to the extent permitted by applicable law. The current UAT service is provided free of charge and no payment obligation, subscription or recurring billing is created by using it.
9. Free access
The current UAT service is provided free of charge. There are no subscriptions, payment-card requirements, billing commitments or automatic renewals. Any future paid feature would require separate, clear terms and an explicit user choice before a charge is made.
10. Suspension
Access may be restricted where necessary to protect users, data, infrastructure or legal compliance.
11. Governing law and operator details
The applicable governing law, courts, operator's full legal identity, geographic address, contact details and—where relevant—company and VAT registration numbers must be inserted before commercial launch.
