How to make a request

Contact the privacy address published by the operator and describe the right you wish to exercise. The operator may request proportionate information to verify identity.

Available rights

Depending on applicable law and circumstances, rights may include access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent. Some rights are subject to exemptions.

Response handling

The operator must record the request, verify identity, search relevant systems, respond within the applicable statutory period and document any lawful refusal or extension.

Complaints

You may raise a concern with the operator and may complain to the competent data-protection authority.
